Thankful for the journey so far we would like to give back. In November we will donate part of our revenue to Shining Star – such an appropriate name?
Shining Star is an Early Childhood Development School in Kenya. Having opened its doors in September 2010, the Centre offers nursery schooling and free meals to children in a slum in the heart of Nairobi, Kenya. The Centre’s goal is to give these children a solid base and to help them shine in life. Shining Star was founded by the founder of Amsterdam-based children’s shoe label Donsje. We chose this initiative because education and development of little ones is very close to our heart – with our products we inspire kids to be curious and to explore.
So, how can you join us? By ordering our prints in November you automatically contribute to Shining Star.
Amongst the November orderers we will select a winner – the prize will be a leather children’s bag of Donsje shaped in the form of a star. How cute is that!
